I don't think you should ALWAYS tip anyone. If they did a horrible job or were rude, they generally won't get a tip from me. Other than those few occassions I tip a manicurist just as I would a hair stylist. Usually about $5 for an average $30 manicure, $10 if they did a great job or squeezed me in. And it all depends on the salon, the service being performed and the price of the service. If you're going to a school, they usually have a no tipping policy, and places in the mall generally get lower tips than normal salons. I've also run in to a few places that just tack the tip right into the bill. I'd tip a full set of acrylics differently than a manicure. But if you're in doubt, ask the receptionist.

like countless different service like that specific, you are able to tip. does not would desire to be a super tip, yet don't be a much less costly the two. A 2-5 dollar tip is sensible reckoning on your satisfaction with the complete product.

Yes we work hard!!!! It depends on whether you are pleased with the end result or not. A couple pounds for a file and polish and up to a fiver for the full works.

tips are provided to services rendered to customers. the general rule is 10 to 15 percent of total value. if you're a regular customer and you like your provider, tip more.

i always do. never over five bucks for me, unless the place is really fancy or they just do a great job. but an extra couple bucks is a nice gesture.
