What products do you use on your lips to get them to look great for a longer time? I'm not looking for lipstick. I'm looking for the glossy, moist and feeling good type lips. Or is the only answer to re-apply and use chapstick? My lipgloss never lasts very long. I use the tubs (pots or whatever you call them), squeeze ones, sticks and other such things. Maybe the answer is to buy a wand and tube type gloss and use chapstick or some sort of base to get the lips ready. What do you all do? Any tips? Any products? I'm not looking to spend a lot of money on my everyday products...maybe get some for every day and some more fancy types for dances and evenings out. Please be specific and use experience and tips in your answer. Thanks a ton.

The glossy part never actually stays no matter what you do...Something cheap that will always work would be vaseline or carmex. You would just put on your regular color and then continue to reapply the carmex or whatever...Now if you wanted a lipglass or lipgloss, you would have to keep reapplying. Covergirl came out with a glossy lip color that lasts, but it's only the color that actually lasts and you have to keep reapplying the gloss part.

I agree with one of the previous answers - exfoilate exfoilate exfoilate your lips - it helps whatever you use stay on longer and look better. MAC and Studio Gear both make a gloss that comes in a little tube and is reallllly thick - but the glossy looks stays on forever! Also try LOLA's clear lipgloss treatment - stays on well and is a treatment as well so it doesn't dry lips out.

Exofilate your lips; it does wonders. I know it sounds odd but it's very true. Get a glob of honey and mix in some sugar or salt and rub it on your lips then wash off with water. Then apply your basic lip gloss, whatever it may be, and it will last a lot a lot longer.

i in my opinion love avon form lip gloss.my mom gets avon and its somewhat super and espresso value.elf form is powerful.(eyes lips face) ive heard that putting beginning off up on your lips helps it stay too!

Rimmel Lip Vinyl. I swaer by it and it comes in amazing colours for everyone. It isn't too expensive either.
