He received a replacement wheelchair. But here's the real question. Who would commit such an act of senseless? This guy is 72 years old. He's also a veteran from the Korean War. This country of ours, is slowly slipping into hell. Any thoughts?

Yes, parts of it are.

Call your local TV station or newspaper. Not only will he get a nice shiny new one, but lots of other goodies to boot.

It was probably a stupid idiot who doesn't care about people anyway let alone a veteran. Most Americans if they knew who the thief was would probably hurt him/her. In this day and time with the Iraq War there are a lot of loyal citizens who defend the military. I also wouldn't want a soldier or a soldier's son to find this person- or maybe I would ;) - because someone needs to beat the crap out of them.
I'm glad you care about the veteran, you are kind person and he could teach you a lot of good values. That thief will have it come back on him ten times worse so don't worry, things work out in the end.
May you be blessed throughout your life.

Some person thought it would be funny to take away a veteran's wheelchair? Wow...maybe we already are Hell itself. Or, it just rolled down a hill and never stopped, which is highly unlikely. These men fought to keep our countries safe and this is how they're rewarded.

Unfortunately we have become an uncaring, violent society. I will not post what type of person would do this kind of crime, but they do not deserve to live in America. This veteran was willing to give his life for our freedom. We need to all be thankful for all those that have given, were willing to give and are still there fighting for our freedom. It does not matter if you believe in the war, but we need to all give our support for those that do and are over there willing to pay the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom
