I usually place them on the ironing board, and hang them off the board to avoid wrinkles, and let it dry.

I do not hang my polo collared shirts to avoid the pointers in the shoulder area.

Is there a better way to dry my polo shirts for work?

I only put them in the dryer for 10 min to get the wrinkles out, but i'm not a fan of using the dryer, it tends to shrink everything WAY too much.

Turn the temperature control down on your dryer, or use its' automatic (sensor) cycle. I wash/dry my polo shirts with jeans, and pull the shirts out when the dryer ends the cycle (about 30 minutes depending on the exact shirt/jean ratio).... then run the jeans for another 10 minutes.

The tag inside each article of clothing tells how to wash and dry it. You might group all "tumble dry low" or "tumble dry medium" clothes in the same dryer load to reduce the chances of shrinking.

I don't use a dryer, so I hang my husbands shirts on a padded clothes hanger. They come out fine. If you have to use a dryer, do it for a short time, and finish drying on the hanger. Take the shirts out of the washer at once, don't let them sit there to wrinkle, then hang. Good luck.
