It's illegal, period. You use it, sell it, have it in your possession, etc, and get caught, you are going to prison.

Specify the amount when regarding personal use, sales and possession.
Different states have different laws. But bottom line I would count on some prison time...and if sales; serious prison time.

It varies from state to state. My brother was caught with a minor amount and got 25yrs to life in NV.

it depends on the judge really ... but generally they will nail ur azz to a wall for coke ... much more than they will for weed.
