get off the computer and call the fire department
or if the person is not injured and is not in a hurry, you could find a long bar stick it under part of the tree, and pry it up, this is not as good of an idea as calling for help because the tree could easily fall on the person again.
or you could dig them out

It depends on how they got stuck there. If the person is stuck in the shade with a cool drink in hand, you have to wait until he comes out on his own. If he's stuck under a fallen tree, see advice above. If you stuck him under the tree like...well...like a person can be stuck in the flower garden and you plant roses over him, I'd leave it go and hope the tree lives a long healthy life.
