how do i tell my mom that i want to smoke?

i'm 15 and i already smoke and my mom dosen't know and i want to bring it up to her. Please help

She is a smoker and i can't quit i have already tried

Thats a tough question. Since you mom is a smoker though it should be easier I think. You need to start off by askign her questions about her smoking. LIke "mom have you thought about quitting?" and how long has she been a smoker. If she started in her teens then you have a good chance that she will let you. Its always good to be open and honest and tell her that you want to talk to her because you think she should know. I really think it will be ok. If she is agaist it you need to suggest setting up rules, like, doing chores around the house and the money u earn will go to buy your cigarettes. And also by her buying them she can keep track of how much you smoke and you will not have to relie on others to buy them for you. Promise her you will not carrry cigarettes to school or smoke in public. tell her you will be neat about it around the house and not have empty packs around and will always keep your ash tray clean. Tell her you regard smoking as a responsibilty and a privilage which it is. Its a good way to prove that you are growing up and being an adult. I went through all of this because i'm a smoker myself. Smoking is a great lifestyle as you are learning and will give you many many years of enjoyment. I wish you the best of luck.

Well I think that you should really try to quit I was a young smoker and I thought that I could quit at any time until I was 22 I realized that I was addicted. Then it took me 2 years to break the habit and I am confident that if I was to quit when I was younger it would have been alot easier. Well bringing it up to your mom is a difficult thing first you have to have some idea about how she will react. Are you searching for help to quit or are you just wanting her to know. You must think deeply before. For your mother you are the most precious people... and you are poisoning you each day... cigarettes are the worth thing for you body... It hurt several inner systems and bring only a bed smelling... The pleasure or satisfaction is an illusion created by your mind. Remember all that before you reach near her to tell the truth... you have time to quit it away. Just read all matter about cigarettes... read all... and I am sure you will quit it before three month... and after that you tell you mother: Mother I used cigarettes, but now I grew up and will use never more. I'm 15, STOP SMOKING!!!!!!!! I'm not judging you but its very unhealthy. Did you just ignore every health class you were in. One its illegal and you're a minor. Second the hell you're mother would ever let her daughter smoke until she died. Here are some pics of smokers. Do they look cool to you? Is this what you want you're lungs to look like? Well, if you tell her, she will probably say no. Now, I know you know you want to smoke, but just think about it. Your mom should know what's best because she raised you, and there might be some sense in it! It's your choice, but I'm telling you, I had a brother who used to smoke, and he said that he wishes he never started it. Plus everyone agrees that it looks stupid except for those who smoke. Don't smoke. It is HORRIBLE for you and will increase your risk of many forms of cancer. If you want to quit, then ask your mom for help. You said she smokes too? Then ask her for help quitting. You two can work on improving your life.

You don't need to tell her, but at the same time, you HAVE GOT TO QUIT THAT **** !!
Seriously I mean it !!.
Smoking at your age is a total disaster. Your skin will start to sag at an early age, your teeth will get yellow, you'll start coughing every minute, your beautiful voice with get horse, your health will deteriorate, your .... essentially I could go on and on and end up with your death at a very early age.
You still have a chance to stop. Trust me stop now, and you'll be glad u did.

I am dying with emphysema from smoking. You can keep smoking. You might be1 out of 100 that it doesn't affect. O BY THE WAY YOU ARE GOING TO NEED LOTS OF GOOD LUCK TO PULL THAT OFF.You might even be lucky enough to not wind up with lung cancer.

you don't look cool, you look like a total fool with it in your mouth, you stink, your lips and teeth are stained yellow and no boy will want to kiss you.

First of all its illegal and why would you tell your mom that you want to, where did you get the idea that you could smoke @ 15, i am also and i've had my round of bad*** junk!
