she has to be hot! have enough brains to run the country! although there are many of these that cold run the government and look good at the same time,there just aren't any in politics right now! lol jk!

America will be ready when a qualified female presidential hopeful appears on the scene. Right now the only "hopefulls" could be Clinton, Rice and Pelosi. Would you want either of them as the leader of the most powerful free country in the world?

Nothing needs to be "changed" to make this happen. Its not like some woman will do better just because she's female. If a female wants to win, she has to run with the party or ideology that most Americans will vote for. To a conservative, a liberal woman is just as bad as a liberal man. To a liberal, a conservative woman is just as bad as a conservative man. Gender plays no part in this.

We need to get rid of the mostly white Men in positions of power. Until that happens a Women will never be elected as Pres. in this country. I would vote for Hillary, only because she is a Democrat and very smart. Her book living History was great and tells allot about her. She has all the power she needs and wants in the Senate. This country will be ready for a women as President when you see 51 women in the Senate and women in the majority in the House.
Congress now has never in history worked less, they now work only two days a week. Tax payers pay them $165,000 a year and they cost tax payers another $300,000 in expenses. Only Men would get away with that kind of robbery.

America is ready for a female president--been ready-- all that needs to happen now, is that the right female has got to come along.
As far as I know, it hasn't happened yet.

Why are you so concerned with what the President's sex is?, It's not important, if there is a person who is qualified to be president and she is a female, it is very possible right now she could be elected,Hilary is not qualified by the way.

One of the most significant things that must occur is that all women become convinced it is a good idea and vote accordingly.
