Hi, I have had 4 babies and I never felt pain until I had Braxton Hicks contractions at the end of my pregnancy. When the babies started to move it felt like a butterfly was in my stomach, kind of a quivering feeling. As the babies grew it became stronger, but never felt painful. I loved that feeling. Good luck with your pregnancy!!

I posted this question like two weeks ago (I'm 18 weeks pregnant now.) I thought the same thing, that the pinches was the baby. I found out it was round ligament pains. I started to feel the baby last week. It felt like my tummy was rumbling, I assumed I was hungry but there was no sound and was having the feeling at wierd times. Now I can feel the baby kick a little, it's really slight and I still wonder if it is it, but my husband has felt one and so has my mom, so I'm pretty sure it's the baby now.

I have never felt that before and I have been pregnant 4 times. Im 20 weeks right now with my 4th and I felt her around 16 weeks, but it was thumps. No pain involved.

probably. you will feel all sorts of things in your belly while you are pregnant. some feelings will be obvious as to what they are, and others won't. i didn't realize when my baby first started moving because it felt like gas. i remember having all kinds of pinching pains, don't worry it's no big deal as long as you don't start bleeding or the pain becomes unbearable. hope this helps.

It depends how far along you are most women don't feel their baby move until16-22 weeks. I didn't feel much movement until I was 20 weeks. If you are not yet 16 weeks or around there what you most likely feel is gas.
