I love your title!!! Winner twice, I only wished it could say Winner thrice! Oh aren't those demo's just giddy with delight? Don't worry it's only going to be short lived cause for the past 6 yrs they've put all their focus, heart and soul, along with all their energy into their whining whimpering bashing and not into any real plans. Look how miserable Kerry failed because of it. Now they are going to actually function, come up with some real life plan and a way to carry them out. Thats going to be a big switch from just running off at the mouth. If they screw up the next 2 yrs and they will we will have our Republican party back! But we'll be the better person and not gloat!

I guess I haven't. All I've noticed is long sad faces on "Reps." The very best was Tom Delay saying: "The republicans didn't lose, the democrats won." (Quoted by Cafferty.) Sounds like "I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong." Bottom line, your statistics don't mean a thing. Except perhaps makes you feel it gives you a reason to "gloat" after this huge defeat. BALANCE OF POWER is always best for the country. As far as I'm concerned, the food network (which you probably don't watch) should have a new show. HOW TO PICKLE POLITICIANS. I can just see them all lined up in jars. So much for THAT. Where is the "idiocy?" Been watching too many biased shows?

You're math is a little off. This past week the dems won 280 elections, the reps 245. In addition no democrat running for reelection lost.

The Dems aren't gloating. The Repubs are just whining. And if you want to talk about how many elections the Dems have won, we've had a Democratic Congress since the 50s, only to be taken away in 1994. So really, the 12 years you neo-cons have enjoyed, are really an anomally.

And thanks for the congratulations!

Since 1954 the Dems have won the house in all but 6 elections. Your comparison is meaninglessly lopsided.

I have not heard any Dems gloating but I have seen allot of Repubs who are sore losers... Wake up and get a grip. You lost,
quit whining, stop acting like toddlers...
Haven't you heard of sportsmanship.
It is the Katrina foreign policy and the Katrina response, or lack ther of and all the corruption scandles and the hemoraging debt.
Lack of fiscal responsibility is why so many crossed the divide.
The dems just want to fix what is fixable of this disaster our fearless leader created.

With the help of his brother, the governor of Florida, and his father's appointments to the Supreme Court, Bush became President after losing by over 500,000 votes. Wow , how did we do it without the supreme court ? We are gloating because we won fairly , it's that simple get used to it.

Thank you! We're thrilled! It was awesome watching the American public tell the Republicans that their handling of our government over the past 6 years has be dismal and embarrassing.

We hope your concession party was fun... I mean, with the likes of Mark "I like 'em young" Foley and Don "Smack the B*tch Up" Sherwood, it had to be a blast! And with Abramoff money, I bet the booze were all top shelf.

only people I see crying and whining are the Republicans.

Dem's so far have done nothing but preach "working together".

I say tough luck Reps....shouldn't of done such a bad job to force the masses to kick you out. Only people you can blame is yourself.

Never seen such a bunch of sore losers as I have seen with reps after this election. bunch of immature babies.
