and shaves everyday. When for the 4 years you were together he didn't put any effort into his appearance and would go without shaving for days and knew you were fine with it.
This change started all of a sudden a couple of weeks ago and on top of that he's been extremely irritated with me. Do you think he could be cheating?

hmm,,if you are not getting the benefit of his changing the way he dresses,looks,smells and acts it would seem this attention is going elsewhere,,people do not just act this way out of nowhere.1 thing,,check his underwear and if there are new ones you didnt buy if you normally buy them,,who is seeing them if not you? im not one for game playing but i would do this,,take out all his 'good' boxers,pants,,whatever and leave only the bad ones,,they all have them and see what he says when he comes out of the shower to get changed and his only choice are horrid non-sexy pants,,i mean,,what can he say,,its not like anyone is going to see them and as they,re,'all in the wash love',,whats the problem? married couples are creatures of habit and for habit to suddenly change?

Yes I would be very suspicious of this behavior because if this is what he did when he was first corting you then he may be trying to catch a womans eye or he is having an affair already. I would plainly ask him why he is getting so dressed up and is more concerned with his personal hygiene in the last while then in the last 4 yrs. It appears you may have a garden varity pig sniffing
for another a gal go on the hunt and take him down. P.S. check his pockets in his pants and his coat if he is cheating some women will let the wives of the cheating prick know by leaving something to find. Good Luck and God Bless.

Well it depends on his age for one if he is a older guy he might be going threw that middle agr crisis.Now if he is a younger guy say 30 to 40 then i would be worried considering he hasnt done it in 4 years.Another thing other than the irritation with you 9 times out of 10 he has found someone else and maybe younger.I have been threw that,he would he was working late or fell asleep yea i never believed that mess not one bit.See i was 23 he was 30 so he though i was young and dumb fooled him big time.I saw all the signs and more.So to say that he most likely is cheating on you.I hope he isnt but for your sake as him and if he is he will get very upset and might even accuse you of it.Well goodluck

How about asking him why first... Then we could have a basis for answering your question. I cut my hair from an normal haircut to about 1/4 inch in length one day... Does that mean i am cheating? Nope. tell him this is weird and wondered what got into him and ask him what's going on.
If you actually see evidence of cheating, unexplained credit card bills, a change in sexual behavior, changes in the times he comes home (more than one of these), repetitive numbers that you don't recognize on a cell phone, then you can say he is probably cheating.
But grooming...alone... no... though someone else may be paying attention to him more than you are and has motivated him to do better. But that's not cheating.

Could he be cheating? No.
Is he cheating? Absolutely.
It's like he went out and read a textbook about how to cheat and doesn't have a whole lot of imagination. He's doing every single thing a man does when he cheats. There is a bright side, though. He's just as lousy and selfish in bed with her as he has been with you. She just doesn't have enough experience to know it won't get any better. Move on and find a man who's worthy of you.

From experience, something does not smell right in Denmark honey! My ex made the same sudden changes, I found out he'd been seeing this other woman for a year before i found out about it. That's why he's my ex now! Prepare yourself financially, don't let yourself be cut off from bank accounts etc. like I did. Hard lesson to learn after the fact.

Maybe he's just getting more aware of his looks...I don't know. I know my husband has been doing similar things lately only because he's just recently lost 30 pounds and all his old clothes fit him. :) So it's like a new guy!
If you are wondering, ask him. If he gets irritated, leave it be. Just shower him with love and attention and he won't want to go anywhere else.
If you still think he's cheating, hire a detective, although I would hope you would have enough love and decency in your marriage to not have to go through this....

Unless he's started a new employment then I would be suspicious, especially since the change of routine happened all of a sudden. I would start looking for more clues if I were u.

very much so ,he is playing the cheating game,be prepared and strong because you will catch him,they always make the mistake,he has already showed you one by cleaning his self up every day.I don't know how old you are or him if he is old enough to go though the change that a man gos though to see if he can find a younger women,I wish you Luck and he's not cheating.

All of what you posted are classic signs of cheating. My guess is if you start digging deeper into credit card statements, itemized cell phone bills, ect. you are going to find more proof.
Any sudden change regarding appearance is a huge red flag.
