look under self-mutilation under images or even cutters or self injury.
those all work really well.
there's a website i even go to, if you like dark poetry, and they have lots of good pictures there too.

and everyone just stop telling her to get help, cuz she will when she's ready, and if she does before that, it will just make it worse.

Look under self-mutilation on the internet on Ask.com or Google, if you want specific pictures, click the images tab above the search bar.
Furthermore, why do you want pictures of this? Are you dealing with a self-mutilator or do u cut yourself?
