My boyfreind ejaculated inside of me last night i'm about to start my period. and I took my birth control patch off three days ago. I heard about a safe period. Does it apply here? Can I still get pregnant?

If you are on the patch regularly, no. Because the hormone in the patch prevents ovulation.

Don't take the morning after pill, it's the same as abortion, it causes an attached egg to be released. It's murder.

If you always have been regular, it is very unlikely to get pregnant 3 days after you took the patch off and if you are just about to start your period. Seems like it was your safe day.
And if you would like not to worry about pregnancy next time, have your boyfriend to wear condom or use other birth control devices (like sponge or foam, etc).
However, my friend got pregnant even with condom on "safe" day. And my OB/GYN did too once. So, better check with your doc.

Any time you have sex without protection, you run the risk of getting pregnant. Even though you haveo nly had the patch off for three days, YES, you can still get pregnant. And even though you might be getting your period, YES, you can still get pregnant. maybe unlikely, but its possible.

Yes you can but it takes time for the birth control to get out of you system. I would go see your doctor and get a morning after pill just to be sure. They can be taken up to 72 hours after the incident.
