I know the answers for most of the questions given to me on those tests, but I can never finish in the time limit i'm in. What are some strategies for me to work faster and get the right answers at the same time?

The completely un-helpful answer is, learn how to be faster. Do so by learning what to read and what to ignore, how to zero in on grammar issues faster, and how to get through complicated math problems in a short amount of time. Also, don't forget that on the SAT, it's better to skip a few questions and "bank" that time, than to rush through all the questions, get half of them wrong, and suffer the "Wrong answer" penalty. And, of course, practice taking the full 3/4 hour test so fatigue doesn't impact your performance. For more tips, check out a free "test day strategies" seminar at your local Kaplan center, or just drop by for a free practice test to identify your weaknesses.
good luck!
