Is there something nice that a coworker did for you? If so, what was it?

The nicest thing that my past co-workers did for me, many years ago, was shower me with gifts for my birthday, including a weekend at the embassy suite and $500 spending money. I cried like a baby.

The nicest was when a coworker knew i wanted more hours, she wrote a paper to have signed by both of us and the supervisor approved it.

my secretary gives me chocolate and healthy snacks like carrots and fruit, since she knows I don't usually eat healthy stuff.
One time she mentioned that she had seen this orange 1970's phone she saw outside an antique shop on her way home. So one day we were headed the same way home (we live a few blocks away from each other) and I saw the orange phone so I stopped in the next day and I bought it for her. The next morning I got to the office a little earlier than her and moved her work phone and put the orange one in its' place. Since I was the only one she had told about the phone she knew it was from me. She came to my office and gave me a big hug and said that that had made her week.

Covered for me when I went back to work 3 months after giving birth - he filled in for me when I couldn't concentrate, and understood why I wasn't working up to par. He never complained. I'll be forever greatful.

The co I work for wasn't able to give raises this yr, so my boss and his boss went in together and gave me a gift card to show their appreciation for my hard work.

When my wallet was stolen, they took up a collection & gave me the amount equivalent to what I lost. It was several hundred dollars.
