No. My boss is great. She tells me I am great. She tells other people I am great. I always feel appreciated and respected in the work I do now.
This is a wonderful feeling, after years of abusive workplaces.
If you feel you get no respect, you should look for a different job.

Most people get no respect on the job the amazing thing is they keep going back for more disrespect.
