Yes. Caffeine in soda or coffee isn't that bad, but caffeine tablets are pretty dangerous. Also, some energy drinks like Red Bull have so much caffeine that they are potentially dangerous and should be removed from the market. Or at least what they concluded after several deaths in France:

I believe that it is just as harmful and addictive as marijuana. I think they should both be legal! If Vicks formula 44 is legal (and you can trip off of it!) Then why the hell not pot? OK, I guess I'm off track now.
