think about all that in diffferent terms
dont think about it as compensation, work environment, duties and responsibilities, skill requirements, education requirements, outlook, ect of an author
think of EDU REQirments as "what do i have to know?"
and skill requirements as "what must i have the talent/ ability to do?"
look at it as less complicated
