Well...it's a toothpaste.
And it's also AOL Instant Messenger.
The only thing I don't like about AIM
is you can't leave messages for people who
are not online, like you can on Yahoo Messenger

But your friends probably were talking about AOL Instant Messenger.

AOL Instant Messenger. basically shows your buddy list and you can IM friends while ur on the computer

AOL Instant Mesenger, you make an account by downloading the thing, go to http://www.aim.com
then download it(very easy to do)
then make a screen name, something classy....
then find out other friend's screennames,(or SNs as we call it)
then talk to them over the internet, pretty cool, I know!

its AOL INSTANT MESSANGER I like yahoo better AIM seems to be slower....
