I am a nature freak. So I have been looking for a job involving hands on work in nature. I don't really want to be one of those people who sit behind a desk making phonecalls all day. I want to get out in nature and study and help it. Do you know of any jobs like this?

If you wouldn't mind travelling, a Forest Park Ranger would be a great career. While you won't get rich in this profession, sometimes doing a job you enjoy is more important. While you might not be able to avoid paperwork completely, you have plenty of opportunity to spend time in the woods.
The Army is another option, but not the most popular choice.
