YES, YES, BROOKE, OF COURSE YOU CAN. Don't let these people get you down, who, more than likely have never done cheerleading in their life! Varsity requires many stunts such as back handsprings, do not despair, JV does not require it. In some schools, maybe, but not normally.
Practice really hard and don't give up! Have fun!

that depends on if most of the cheers call for a back hand spring. if you have a loud mouth and you know the cheers you should have no problem. the coach might help you out if that is the only thing you are laking in becoming a cheer leader

yes, the JV squad is usually the squad for the girls who don't have a back hand spring, or still needs a spotter. So take a chance and tryout!!

sure can..dont have to do back flips to be a cheerleader....anyways they'll teach weather your big or skinny doesnt matter...any body can do one...you have to get over the fear of falling...or messing up..or stop saying you cant do it..when you can
