Radio.Blog.Club has a lot of the songs. You can sign up and create a playlist. Other than that I haven't been able to find any. The best thing to do would be to buy or download the soundtrack.

I don't know if you'll find it for free, but I do know that Walmart carries a $16 cd with almost all the songs from Rent movie version and a $29 2 cd set as well. And last time I looked they had the DVD on sale for $13!! Great Movie & Musical!!
