half life2 cheats ???

what are the pros and cons of using cheats on this game? like does it corrupt the game, or does the cheats never go off.............how do you turn the cheats off?

If you're using god mode or something, usually retyping it turns it off. It won't corrupt the game files, but it may make the game do odd things causing you to restart the entire game. That's rare, but it happens.
