no its not...girls usually say that they're cold if they are around guys to see if they would lend them their jackets or to see if they would hold them...

I don't believe this is true because women go through different life changes and hormones and everything can cause a woman to be warm and not cold. When I was pregnant with my kids I definitely wasn't cold all the time. I was totally the opposite. Now after having my kids I'm more cold all the time.
I don't know who gave you your information, but they were mistaken.

normally it is said that girls are wiser than men(they are, but only from social point of view).
also, they think a lot before doing something(normal girls, not the slutty ones) or taking some decision but when they take a decision, which they think is good for them, then they stick to it - cause they want to secure their future. thats how they are said to be - cold.
where as we guys never or hardly think about future and look at the world from a totally different point of view. we take chances with our lives(which is not wise from a girl's point of view) - and we actually do mistakes which we repent on or may be, cause of which we dont stick to our decisions and thus we are - warm.

Well, as that might be true sometimes, because boys naturally have more "insulation" (muscle and fat) than girls, this is not always true because some girls could have more body fat than a guy, and a guy could have less muscle mass than a girl.

From what I can tell, oh yes!!! My boyfriend will put the air condition on while I sit in our house with a sweater on. When he finally figures out I'm freezing he shuts it off. Then when I put the heat on he asks hours later, when it's nice in the house, "Baby do you still have the heat on?" He's always dying from being hot and I always feel like we live in an igloo...Burrrrrr

Yes it is true, women have different skin thickness and heart rate. the blood flows through different veins and slower so they feel colder most of the time as far as actually physically being colder, no body temp is the same as its is for men. good luck and enjoy
