skirt suit? For whichever one you choose, please explain why it was chosen. The setting is an office and the position is entry level managment. Thanks!

A nice pant suit. with heels and a conservative blouse. It's a good way to dress conservatively but professional and gauge what everyone else is wearing. Plus, no worries about stocking/hosery getting snagged.

I have run 2 offices in the past 10 years. I have usually left it up to my employees as to what they wear as long as it's professional looking. This may sound obvious, but it came up once from a female employee: If a skirt suit is worn, pantyhose is a must. Again, sounds obvious, but it was asked of me.

The other thing to consider is: What is the dress code of your office? Is it a formal, conservative office? Or is it more laid back?

Good luck!

A pant suit is better because you still look classy without being a threat to the women that work there already. They may think you are showing some leg your first day to get a leg up

Pants. It is the most professional of the two, and that way you will feel more comfortable on your first day. Wait until that nervous first day is over before you whip out those sexy legs!!!!

GOOD LUCK!!!! :-)
