Take a nice long relaxing bath, and if you're over 21, have a glass of wine, and then do your hair and make up and make yourself look as good as possible so you can feel better about yourself and not care about the the guy.

take a hot bath and then lay in bed and watch a comedy I find watching Friends always cheers me up.
