The world Health Organization approved indoor use of the pesticide DDT, a chemical which must be applied by professionals that aims at repel and kill insects, to lower the death rate in malaria-affected regions, such as Africa, Asia, and other countries as well. The organization believes that appropriate use of DDT can temporarily control malaria since no better replacement is found yet. However, the opposed side, the Pesticide Action Network North America, argue that DDT may cause health problems in our children, such as premature birth and development delay. Besides, early DDT use evidenced its side effects in the environment including thinning of bird eggshells and population decline in certain species. The spoke person of PANNA also insists that malaria can be treated with other less harmful chemicals. One of the less harmful chemicals, pyretheroids, was banned

The world Health Organization approved indoor use of the pesticide DDT, a chemical which must be applied by professionals that aims TO repel/kill insects and to lower the death rate in malaria-affected regions, such as Africa, Asia, and other countries as well. The organization BELIEVED that appropriate use of DDT COULD temporarily control malaria since no better replacement WAS YET found. However, the OPPOSING side, the Pesticide Action Network North America (PANNA), ARGUED that DDT may cause health problems in our children, such as premature birth and developmental delays. PANNA also cited other negative effects DDT produced in the environment. including thinning of bird eggshells and population decline in certain species. The spokesperson of PANNA also INSISTED that malaria COULD be treated with other less harmful chemicals. One of the less harmful chemicals, pyretheroids, was banned.

You could get rid of the whole [phrase
"a chemical which must be applied by professionals that aims at repel and kill insects"
because it makes the sentence into almost a run-on.
If you must use that phrase, be sure to change "aims at repel" to "is used to repel",
The phrase
"better replacement is found yet." should be
"no better replacement HAS BEEN found yet."
Change "the opposed side"
to "the opposing side"
Change "development delay"
to "developmental delay".
Change "spoke person"
to "spokesperson"
Finally, you could entirely drop the last sentence,
or if you feel you must keep it then change it to
"However, one of the less harmful chemicals, pyretheroids, was banned and so is not available."

"as well" is not needed because it already says "other". It should be "spokes person" and "other, less harmful" and a period at the end.

really, very good. DDT is horrible, I once saw a video of an eagle's foot coming right off. The vision is still with me and I saw it years ago in grade (primary) school.
