Actually it's not at all "deep" no offense.

LIFE is very much a rehearsal, and constantly changing in how we opt to proceed in the next "scene" or every situation.

It's also a TEST,,, any many of us don't do very well, at least on occasion.

If you thought of your life as scripted, you might feel more organized or content to have a sense that your actions in "rehearsing" would be well ordered, as certain as an unknown can be, possibly fulfilling, and you might proceed with a conservative attitude.

I supopose it can also be said that the lives of many are like "Improv" with no strict script, no real stress about direction, plot, ending, and those people too, may find contentment, fulfillment, even playing their parts casually.

I think it's too simple to just quickly write it off and say it's not a rehearsal. Life isn't black and white, in any realm. It's about the shades of grey of any particular situation.

Some parts can be rehearsals, like if you live alone, any time you spend by yourself in your home, before you go outside you can be practicing things. (things that won't permanently harm you, that is)

However, if you live with a woman, or your family then you have limited rehearsal time, and everything you do is scrutinized.

I think other people make life not be a rehearsal, as if we were by ourselves we could do whatever we wanted and nobody would care.

First of all I'd like to know why you have made the conclusion that you have made. Secondly, rather than a rehearsal, I see life as the opening sentences to an unending story. God created us for eternity and what is a few thousand years in the face of an infinite number of years, which is eternity?

Sorry, that is meant to be rhetorical not another question.

John Lennon is given the credit for saying, "Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans." I did read somewhere that it was a quote and not his own words. I am more and more persuaded by the idea of many lifetimes as one is way too little time for some people to grow at all and others become icons for their works - Mother Teresa to Bill Gates had to have previous lifetimes, it wasn't genes that made them what they became.

Life is a moment by moment creation, determined by the thoughts you think, the words you speak/write and the actions you take. If you want to live a full and enriching life, you must first open up your mind, and then weed out any feeble, negative beliefs you entertain. Challenge yourself to greatness by thinking empowering thoughts which make you feel happy. In this way, you will build a mindscape which will bring you all sorts of wonderful experiences.

Who says life is not a rehearsal? When we close our eyes or day dream we rehearse life every single day, but once the curtains open? It's SHOW TIME! What's the matter? You got stage fright?....lol

"One life you gotta do what you should". Be sure you don't do what you should not. This is not a rehearsal, but you are preparing yourself to what is to come. Live. Love. Do good. Watch!

Life is what you make it.........it's what you are doing minute to minute. It's never a rehearsel as it's always changing - so is your focus, energy, goals etc. Look at it as a journey and your encounters, experiences plans and so on the lines that fill in your own personal map.
