i know what you mean. i have heard that wearing a bra to bed will keep your breasts firmer longer. it makes sense... the more support your breasts have, the longer they'll stay firm. if you'd like to wear a bra to bed, wear one thats kinda loose so your breasts have room to breath but still gives them some support.

1st of all your breasts don't need to breathe, they don't have lungs. It is better to sleep with a bra. You can sleep in a all cotton sports bra that has no hooks or underwires. No matter what size you are gravity will take it's toll on your breasts, so why not protect them while your sleeping with a very comfy sports bra or any bra you find comfy. I'm 39, I sleep in a sports bra & my D's are still perky, just like a teenager. Wear a bra all the time.

No. You should NOT wear a bra to bed. The breast need the freedom of a bra to allow circulation. Unless you're sleeping on the floor or a similarly hard surface, your breast should be fine in any position you feel confortable in.

Why do you need to protect your breasts? Your breasts are composed mostly of fatty tissue and will be just fine at night. If you have super large breasts you may want to wear a bra for support but otherwise there is no need to wear one at night.

Breast need some time to "breath" so don't wear a bra to bed, besides that's uncomfortable!:) Gynecologists say not to sleep on your stomach because that can lessen the elasticity of the breast and cause them to droop after a couple years of doing so. I haven't heard of any other positions being detrimental.

sleep without a bra if you can, otherwise wear a soft, cotton, underwire free and hook free bra to let your breasts breathe. I just sleep normally on my back or side it kind of hurts sleeping on your tummy with breasts.

How do you even know it happened when she was sleeping? did you witness it? did she tell you? is it possible it could have been some sick dream? You need to get your facts straight before you go accusing someone of something like this.If this event dud occur, you go to the police straight away.
