Callisto because it has a thin atmosphere and Philip K. Dick wrote about people who lived on it as well as Ganymede. He didn't make it sound like it was much fun.

Titan. I think living on a moon with a close view of Saturn would be great.

I wanted to say Titan too. Can you imagine walking up to marmalade skies...without being on pot...?.

Pot doesn't cause marmalde skies...LSD does! My choice would be Io, for the sky reason and the moon's water.
