I don't quite get the question, but...if you're saying (or suggesting) that Iago has a different "mask" for every character with whom he interacts, then I'd say you're onto something.

Remeber, this is the guy that everyone else in the play refers to as "Honest Iago;" he has a chameleon-like ability to be exactly the person you most want to see when you're in a tough spot, little suspecting that he's all the while plotting your ultimate demise.
