can anyone tell me their opinion on the difference between a burned cd and a bought cd...do the bought cd sound better?

Not if you use a good bitrate when burning, 128 is ok, 192 is good, 320 is what i use and it sounds great

Mine sound fine. I find no problem with them. I use them in the car and leave the bought ones home....The performance is great. Of course the component might have something to do with it as well. And the brand cd's you use. I like Memorex CD-RW's.......

well they usually sound the same unless u burn an already burned cd, then the sound quality is totally sucky
