SHE should talk to a counselor and try to figure out what is best for her. Please do her a real favor and stop trying to help her quit school. School may be a problem for her now, but living without an education will be a problem for the rest of her life. Maybe she needs a fresh start and another chance somewhere. I know you don't want to hear it... I knew everything when I was 14, too.... no one could tell me a thing. Best of luck to your cuz.

I think 16. But thats only with her parents approval. She is lawfully required to be in school until 18 (17 in some states). She will end up in a Juvenile detention center if she stops attending school.

YOU HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 17 PER COUNTRY RECORDS OFFICE, THE AGE WHERE YOU ARE CONSIDED 'OF AGE TO GRADUATE' BUT STILL OF NOT LEGAL AGE WHICH IS 18. NOT ADVISE HERE, BUT IF SHE GOT THAT FAR IN HS - 17, SHE MIGHT AS WELL FINISH BUT THAT'S HER CALL... BUT BY LAW SHE HAS TO BE AT LEAST 17.
