a masters in HRM?
I live in a low paying state and want to move to a better higher paying state for this kind of Job.
what do you think is the better high paying state in the USA?

, Colorado salaries are good, but remember the cost of living/ housing goes up as the salaries go up

I agree with xjoizey. Higher pay only happens in conjunction with higher cost of living. I've found, when I compared postings for the same job in different geographic locations, that the increase in pay never keeps up with the higher cost of living.

An option would be to put yourself someplace where there is a lot of competition in your field. If you have several potential employers close by, employers are more likely to pay better and you will always be able to jump ship if somebody offers more money, without having to relocate.
