Mean Girls definitely had it's moments and I would agree that it is definitely Lohan's best movie, but I would not quite call it my favorite. My favorite would probably have to be Wedding Crashers, it was extremely funny and was definitely the best comedy I have seen. If you are talking about action, it would probably have to be thae Italian Job, great plot, good actors, and great screenplay.
