I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

First of all you have to check up with your Window security - click control panel-click security center.and see what software are loaded by window o/s.If you have a New Yahoo Tool Bar it's loaded with anti spy software,if not go back to http://www.yahoo.com and download the Internet explorer or firefox with a anti spy software.(well it's free by yahoo).If you have any anti spy software-first uninstall it than reinstall again.

I am not with Rogers so I can not use their anti-spy-ware. I use Ad-aware Se (free addition) obtained from C-Net and it clean all that out and advises you what to leave that is considered safe.

I use paretologic, which I find is excellent. The link is below. The Yahoo toolbar also has it's own spyware program. If neither of those work, could it be anything to do with your firewall? (I'm stabbing in the dark there.)

you have to lower your firewall, remove any exisisting program,and lower your intake cookies then it should work had the same problem,

you might need to run another program.... it might be blocking it. or u need xp. we need more info...
