I'm a little confused about the "15 yr. old girl thing." Do you want movies that only a 15 year old girl could possibly like? Everyone has different tastes.... Well lets see..... When I was 15, I liked movies like (and would suggest):
Pride and Prejudice (the A&E version, not the new one, which pales in comparison)
Sense and Sensibility, Emma (other jane austin, etc)
Clue
The Pirates of Penzance
The Princess Bride
Strictly Ballroom
Joe Versus the Volcano
Muppet Treasure Island
Musicals (there are tons to choose from!)
Anne of Green Gables
The Scarlet Pimpernel
The Star Wars trillogy (preferably the origional three)
classic movies (think Breakfast at Tiffany's, for starters, oh, and Bringing Up Baby, North By Northwest, Arsenic and Old Lace, Gone with the Wind, Casablanca, etc)
The Indiana Jones movies
Young Frankenstein
(I also watched things like the Buffy TV series with my mom when I was 15)
also (newer):
The Lord of the Rings trillogy
Miyazaki animated films like: Spirited Away, and Howl's Moving Castle.
And many more!
Find out her interests, and go from there, but don't be afraid to introduce her to movies that you know are good. (and don't shy away from some of the "great movies" just because they are serious or sad or heavy- I saw alot of those when I was around that age, and I was glad I did. But those are to your discression.

sleep over, mean girls, stick it, flicka (that just came out at the movies), Raise your Voice, A Cinderella Story, Parent Trap,
Pride and Predjuice, Just My Luck, The Perfect Man, Anne of Green Gables.
Movies by Hillary Duff or Lindsey Lohan are usually good picks.

That's "Stick It" about gymnasts.
And just go to Wal-Mart.com or Amazon.com or some site like that, choose DVD's and go the FAMILY section. Most movies there are rated PG (maybe a PG-13) but no more. They rate these movies into category's fit for family, chilren and young children. Just look in these category's for what she may like, LOTS out there to choose from!
