I'm currently studying Entrepreneurship (management+accounting+economics) in a university in the UK and will end up getting a MA(Hons) [which is a bachelors' degree] after all the hard work. Now, after this I'd like to go to the U.S. to work in a managerial position (starting from trainee manager if nothing else).. Now, what kind of degrees do employers require in such positions? i.e. would I have to have a masters degree? And does anyone know a good website for these type of issues/whatever-you-might-describe-it-as?

a bachelor (or equivalent) is all it takes to be in management training, a degree in a specialized filed, like accounting can put you in to management immediately
