Gas chromatography; column chromatography; high-performance liquid chromatography; paper chromatography; thin-layer chromatography.

GC: Column packing. Helium gas. CC: Silica gel, calcium carbonate. HPLC: Column packing, solvent mixture. Paper: Strips of coffee-maker filter paper; whatever solvent you have. TLC: Silica gel deposited on thin glass plates; the solvent system that best elutes and separates the components.
