How do you call those women who would sell cigarettes and candy in theaters? They would have a tray...?

These women served in theatres... they would have a tray with a strap that went round their necks.

I would like to know, first, whether those women, that job, had a specifi name. Then, what decade(s) they belonged to, and where I could find information and pictures of them (I'm trying to create a costume... dressing like these women).

I am pretty sure they were just called Cigarette Girls

cigarette girl. decade around the 40's possibly threw the 60's
