At this time I am not encouraged even by SER's supposedly waterproof phone. Even it is truly waterproof I would be suspect of the voice quality. Think about it...in order for our voices to travel and be heard they travel via wavelengths. In order to make a waterproof device you would have to have your speaker and mic sealed thereby creating a barrier between you and 2 slightly critical parts of your cell phone.
