I've read two of the three, and I'd say you should read Burroughs' book first. Why? First, because I liked it better than Invisible Monsters (though I liked that one, too) and second, because Running with Scissors is coming out (already has come out?) as a movie, and you'll want to read the book before you see the film. Right? Third, I think that Burroughs' book is more universally appealing...it's pretty hard not to like the main character, whereas it's hard to really empathize with Palahniuk's characters.
Now I want to read the third book, since you've listed it with two other books I really liked. Thanks for the recommendation, of sorts!

Running With Scissors.
I read this book about a year ago, and could not put it down. I would love to go into detail, but it would ruin it for you. I am a true story, autobiography, memoir freak, and it is very bizarre at times. This book will make anyone who thinks their life sucks have a much better outlook afterwards. And another GREAT memoir is How to Make Love Like a Pornstar, by Jenna Jameson. Another super read and fast page-turner.

I haven't read any of those, but I have readsome of Chuck Palahniuk's other books and I will swear up and down that they are extraordinary and really worth your while.
