Try a search for "movie auditions" or something similar. Or, go to www.starnow.com

If your school has a drama department, join it next semester. If they don't have a drama department. Ask your parents to help you find an acting school. They can the community and professional theaters in your city and ask for the names of acting schools that you can attend. Hon, unless you live in Los Angeles or New York City, there are few, if any, movies filmed in your city. To be a serious actor you MUST live in New York City or Los Angeles, as that is where the movies and televison programs are filmed.

I agree with the above -- just jump into it. That's how I did it. If anything you'll gain the confidence to tell them about it through that. My first play/rehearsal experience brought out so much in me.. so much that I felt a part of me missing after the play had run. Its so worth it just to pick a random play to audition for (given there is a part you can see yourself in) and hit the ground running. And most importantly, break a leg!! :)
