The other answerer's have the name right, but I noticed no one gave you the correct season.
Season 1 - (It was the first episode after the pilot movie.)

But NOT very original... this episode was a sequel to the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "The Naked Time".

i'm not sure on the season but i think it was 2.

I think it's The Naked Now.... and it's a hoot! Everyone (almost) acts drunk because of a virus.
