I have an RSX and I always warm it up before I drive it. Remember that all the oil is in the oilpan. When you start your car the oil needs to circulate or you might damage the rings and the engine block. In the cold the oil is a bit thicker and will need to warm up and lubricate all the moving parts. Since the RSX has a small engine it usually doesn't take very long to warm the motor. 4-5 minutes.

I've had my RSX for four years and I rarely warm it up before I start driving. But I guess it depends on how cold it is the night before and where you park your car. But I haven't had any trouble from just driving off without warming it up.

normally i wait till the temperature needle moves to at least where the gauge is before I drive. That at least gets the oil to a good enough temperature to start circulating properly.
You can drive it once you start it, thats assuming you dont slam on the gas like a mad man. If you do drive it right away, try to stay under 2k rpm until the engine warms up a little. but then again you dont have too if you plan to beat on the car and wear it down quicker if you dont plan to keep it.

You shouldn't have to. I have a 2002 RSX and haven't had any problems with it starting and pulling out right away.

depends on what exactly you mean by warm it up...
until warm air comes out of the heater?
until the temp gauge moves off 'cold'?
generally speaking, 30 seconds or so after starting the car, move away at a relaxed speed and let the car warm up in the same way you wake up in the morning ['course, I am assuming you don't jump out of bed and run to the kitchen and bathroom for your morning routine]
just be kind to your baby and treat her gently when you wake her up each winter morning and she will run just fine for you :)

You have to warm up the car in any weather it helps to lube and raise oil pressure you can't just start and go thats how you wear and tear your car quicker.
