Love is the opposite of Hate and vice versa, therefore both are as strong as each other. How much of each emotion you feel will decide which is the stronger emotion to you.

Love the strongest and far more felt by people then hate.
Love a long front runner of feelings will always be there in spite and in the face of hate countering hate and trying to wipe hate off the face of the earth!

Both can be extremely powerful drives.
I loved and was loved by my partner for 42 years.
I was away on long leave when she died of a virulent cancer. I suffered severe stress. Her family had buried her remains and when I visited the grave I found the words "UNKNOWN TO GOD".on the stone. A relative of hers shouted abuse at me and I readied myself to kill or maim her. What stopped me I will never know. I do know that the rage destroyed my life for ages.

Hate. I've been in love before (I think) and when it's all fell apart I've picked myself up, dusted myself down and got on with life. When I feel hatred for someone it lasts a lifetime. It's not an emotion I can shake off. I think love maybe doesn't really exist when you compare it to hate.

Love. Because Hate brings stress along with it and does more damage to the hater than the object of the hatred.

hate - never say that you hate something, because it is one of the most harsh things to say.
without trying to sound like a tree hugger, love is all around, family friends, life.
Hate is more definate. There is very little I hate - money being one! causes too many problems
