If you move out of the country, and don't put any money in banks in US Bank/US currancy, you may be able to. May have to move far away, like Austrailia and work for foreign company. When you are 62 or 65 you could still apply for SS. If your circumstanses have appeared to have changed since the judgement, that is, you appear to have no income, and your wife has some kind of income, then petition to get your alimony canceled and sue her for alimony.

go to domestic court and ask for a meeting between u and ur ex then make an offer of a few thousand $$$$ if the ex excepts the offer than that would be last payment, never agian to pay i know i did it, it cost me 5 grand with my ex

if the judge grants it you have no choice. if you should die she would be entitle to your social security . in your case it would have been cheaper to keep her good luck maybe by a small chance she will remarry

A court order remains exactly that, if you do not pay, a warrent will be issued for your arrest. It can only get worse. . .
