yea its hard, its different from all the other need for speed drifts

In this version you have to drift for a long long time before it counts for lots and lots of points. Do two things....

Go to safe house, customize and then tires. Then make sure your tires are tuned to drift or more towards drift

While you are drifting in a race, speed counts. Make sure you are going really fast before you drift.

you get an +1X everytime you turn in a drift

Use the e-brake and keep the accel. down, steer deep into the corner, release e-brake when you start to drift, then steer the opposite direction.
