well, there's the suggestions given above, but I'm assuming you don't have access to any of this...

unless he's dead, there's no way you're getting it from the government... though, some states put the socials in the marriage certificates, so, try checking ur marriage certificate, mine has both ours listed, but this may not be the case in every state.
