But it does. Some bottles are made with oil in the plastic bottle mixture to reduce the amount of liquid that sticks to the sides But glue does stick to the sides.

The insideof the bottle is coated with a solvent that stops the glue from sticking to it.

Glue dries in the open air not in the closed airtight bottle.
